We went to Hadley’s Park at Dulles Town Center yesterday. Hadley’s Park Inc. is a local non-profit founded to build unique playgrounds where all children can play together with and without disabilities.
It is located on the Rt. 7 side of the mall, off the Dulles Center Blvd. There is street parking available and a small open field behind the park. The sign said that it was a soccer field, but I think that’s a bit generous.
The playground has a soft, rubberized ground so it’s easy for everyone to get around. The ramps and low steps also make it toddler-friendly, so John could run freely on his own.
