Cookie Dough Dip

I found this recipe years ago after numerous Pinterest clicks, and it’s been a hit ever since. It’s hard to categorize this because it isn’t your standard dessert, but it’s definitely a sweet treat. However, the question of appetizer or dessert has never stopped the bowl from being empty. Seriously, either everybody loves this or there’s been a pact for every person to lie to me for years.

There is nothing raw in it, so don’t let that stop you. It can be served with graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices if you want to pretend it’s healthy. I do add the toffee bits as the site suggests and it makes it even more delicious. This is so easy to make, and great to take to any party. You can easily make it the day before, just make sure to sit it out a few minutes before serving. Fun fact, I recently found my hand mixer and it makes this so much easier. Obviously I bake a lot.

Ingredients

8 oz Cream cheese
1/2 cup Butter
1 cup Powdered Sugar
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Chocolate Chips
1 cup Toffee Bits

Instructions

  1. Blend cream cheese and butter with an electric mixer.
  2. Blend in the powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Mix in the chocolate chips and toffee bits.
  4. Try not to eat the whole thing before serving.
